Here at Pasture Naturals we do our best to provide a level of service we would hope to receive ourselves. We hope you are able to find the answers to your questions but if not, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£). We clearly show you the price you have to pay for our products. If by accident we have under-priced a product, then that's our fault and we won't make you pay any more and we'll have learnt our lesson.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. As required by the UK Data Protection Act, Pasture follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide. We only use the information we collect to process your order. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. You may notify us if you do not wish to receive any promotional information when placing your order, or at any time by contacting us via phone, fax or email.
The SagePay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate SagePay to obtain secure information.
All transactions made with us will appear as 'Pasture Naturals', on the cardholder's statement.
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from our site to SagePay is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof
SECURITY FOR THE SHOPPER
Any communication between the you and SagePay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer.
All data stored on SagePay systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. SagePay are regularly audited by Visa and Mastercard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

We believe in taking as much risk as possible out of deliveries and have opted only to use a next day carrier for all orders to mainland UK with a signature required upon delivery. This protects you and us and is the quickest service. We subsidise the shipping cost on every order to help make the shipping cost more affordable.
We aim to despatch your order the day it is received. Orders received before 1.00pm (GMT) will be sent out that day subject to stock availability. Please note: next day means next working day e.g. Orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday. Please allow for any bank holidays. We only use signed for delivery services for security.
All orders are subject to available stock. Should your chosen item be out of stock, we will contact you with the options available.
Alternative Delivery Address: If you wish to have you order shipped to an address other than the cardholders registered address, this may only be done online. We cannot ship telephone orders to a different shipping address.
Please ensure there will be someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If a signature is not possible, a card will be posted containing details of the local depot to collect the parcel from.
Once your order has been picked, packed and allocated a shipping number, we will send a confirmation email containing a link for you to track the order. Please note tracking only becomes live once the parcel has been logged at the carrier's distribution centre.
Your order will be sent in packaging designed to ensure its safe arrival. If any damage is visible please inform the delivery driver by making a note on the delivery slip.
If you live outside the UK or any of the areas listed below, please call customer services on +44 (0)1202 330022 to make alternative shipping arrangements. We generally use Royal Mail 2-4 day service for all areas listed below or an alternative carrier at your request. Charges vary depending on the weight and destination.

Please note that all products come packaged in beautiful individual or twin Pasture Naturals boxes depending on the quantity of products ordered. These are supplied free of charge. Multiples of 2 bottles will be packed together in one twin box with single units packed in single boxes.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, quoting your order reference number, within seven days of receipt of your order.
If you need to return your order, it should be sent to us in its original condition, wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it with your details and reason for the return. We advise using recorded delivery to:

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. If any item arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you. If you are returning goods because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging cost.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.
The distance selling regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing by letter, fax or email.
