The challenge?
To deliver over 2m doses of soap, sanitiser, lotion in the busiest washroom in the world. For many years Pasture has not only delivered but surpassed expectations on service delivery and in doing so, providing significant cost saving and resilience during the most difficult supply chain challenges during the pandemic.
The washroom in question?
Heathrow T5, just past passport control, queues 20 deep, day in day out. The solution had to be reliable, high capacity, low maintenance, easily to monitor and refill. Servicing had to be timely, efficient, hassle free, cost effective and great for passengers.
The outcome was not only successful as regards the service deliverables but the level of bacteria both in the washrooms and void spaces decreased massively – even to zero around sinks and nozzles. A win-win for everyone including the planet.
Today our holistic approach not only on costs and delivery but on efficacy, passenger safety and wellbeing is lauded by some as ground-breaking. We prefer to say it’s highly effective against all key criteria and we can say that with assurity after washroom testing and with an enviable list of EN certifications.
