Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing from the Contact page, quoting your order reference number, within seven days of receipt of your order.
If you need to return your order, it should be sent to us in its original condition, wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it with your details and reason for the return. We advise using recorded delivery to:

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. If any item arrives to you damaged or defective, please email images and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you. If you are returning goods because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging cost.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.
The distance selling regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing by email via our Contact page.

If you wish to withdraw or return you order within 14 days then you can do so in your account page: https://pasturenaturals.com/account.
If orders are withdrawn after fulfilment then you will be responsible for covering return shipping. Refunds for products will be issues 14 days after the returned goods are received.
