Shipping

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days from the day it is received subject to stock availability.

Alternative Delivery Address: If you wish to have you order shipped to an address other than the cardholders registered address, this may only be done online.

Please ensure there will be someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If a signature is not possible, a card will be posted containing details of the local depot to collect the parcel from. If you provided an email / mobile contact number then the delivery courier will send delivery notifications with options should there be no-one to sign. It is your responsibility to check for updates (including checking your junk/spam folders in case the courier's address is not in your address book and your settings prevented safe delivery of their communications).

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmatory email with a tracking link.  Please note tracking only becomes live once the parcel has been logged at the carrier's distribution centre.

Your order will be sent in packaging designed to ensure its safe arrival. If any damage is visible please inform the delivery driver by making a note on the delivery slip.

BREXIT, SALES TO THE European Union AND ABROAD

The UK left the European Union on 1st January 2021.  Customers in countries outside of the UK will not be charged VAT, instead will be eligible to pay local sales taxes and import duty.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands may be subject to delivery surcharges on a 2-3 day service.

GIFT BOXES

Please note that all products come packaged in beautiful individual or twin Pasture Naturals boxes depending on the quantity of products ordered. These are supplied free of charge. Multiples of 2 bottles will be packed together in one twin box with single units packed in single boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, quoting your order reference number, within seven days of receipt of your order.

If you need to return your order, it should be sent to us in its original condition, wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it with your details and reason for the return. We advise using recorded delivery to:

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. If any item arrives to you damaged or defective, please email images and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you. If you are returning goods because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging cost.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.

The distance selling regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing by letter, fax or email.
