To complete a seamless mobilisation, installing 60+ dispensers, across the client site in a single day, whilst the site-based team continued production operations. Replacing outdated and obsolete dispensers including a mixture of bulk fill and waste to landfill cartridge dispensers with advanced products in aesthetic units with sustainable refillable tanks.
4 product variants were selected to provide the best solution to protect health and wellbeing of the workforce, whilst ensuring ESG and sustainability objectives.
The mobilisation involved precise site planning, induction, detailed risk assessment and method statements in advance, including product and specific professional indemnity
insurance to cover the installation. Palletised stock of dispensers and product were sent in advance on ADR transport , (specialists in the transportation of hazardous goods). This was moved on the day by the on-site team to a convenient location with an accompanying waste bin provided for waste segregation and recycling.
On arrival we were introduced to the site contacts, provided site induction, before signing-in and being issued passes including access control fobs.
Site specific PPE was provided with non conductive shoes and clean room coats. Having confirmed specific details of drilling, no contact or exposure to asbestos and safe site operations we undertook a site walk and undertook the installation.
Products installed included Foaming Anti-Viral Hand Wash, Light Duty Hand Scrub, Indian Mulberry Hand Lotion, Hand Sanitiser with conditioners, Heavy Duty Hand Scrub.
The client is delighted, their staff are happy and our efficient install team completed the task on time leaving no trace.
